Can I try your service free before submit an order?

What is the payment method ClippingpathMate accept?

We have PayPal, which means you can use any major card to make payment for our services. Also, we can supply your local bank account in your currency so you can use that to transfer the amount. Easy, right?

Can I have invoices in my local currency?

Yes, we can send invoices in your local currency. For example, if you are from Europe and wish to be billed in EURO then we can send you an invoice in Euro currency instead of USD. In that case, we may convert the USD price to Euro. So, there is no extra cost.

How can I send and download the images?

No matter the stack, you can send us an URL that we can access the images through. Besides that, we have premium WeTransfer, Dropbox, GoogleDrive, and OneDrive to receive and send images by. Also, we can give you an FTP account with unlimited space.

What is the standard turnaround time?

Following our standard turnaround schedule, every job comes with a 24-48 hours turnaround except you mention your required priority. We can also deliver thousands of images in a few hours like 3-6 hours, 12 hours, etc. In that case of urgency, some extra charge can be added.

Can I pay via direct bank transfer in my local currency?

Yes. With the help of Wise, we got bank accounts in different countries in different but local currencies. So, we can send you our bank details with an invoice in your currency converting the USD price then you just make a bank transfer even using your online banking.
