Clipping Path Service is a very common task and very useful for image selection in Adobe Photoshop. Every image has a main subject that needs to be focused on properly. Rest is not that important and gets removed most of the time for still images. Event photos, landscapes, documentaries, etc. are super exceptions where the entire photos are being considered as the subject.

For example, let’s say you took a shot of a product and it has a background that you don’t need anymore. You want to cut the main product, the subject out from the background and use it for print or web listing for sale. In that case, in Photoshop, we open that photo and select it’s the main subject carefully maintaining all its curves, edges, loops, etc., and finally take the product out from the background. The selection technique is called a path or clipping path. And then we put a pure white background on it or keep transparent as our clients required. Below is a few examples of what the original photos are and what we got after clipping the path and removing the background.
